Do Not Sell My Personal Information
California residents have the right to request that we not sell their personal information. GLOBIS does not disclose your personal information in exchange for monetary payment. However we may disclose or provide access to personal information to certain third parties that provide us with services such as helping us with advertising, data analysis and security, which may fall under the definition of “consideration” and be considered a “sale” under the CCPA. By completing the request you are instructing us to exclude your personal information from those transactions.
To respond to your request we will need to collect information from you to enable us to link the information we hold to you.
This process helps ensure that we are honoring your request by excluding information about you, and not information about someone else, from these transactions.
You must be 16 years of age or older to make a request; if you are under 16, your parent or legal guardian must make the request on your behalf.
This request can be made by phone at +1(800)745-6703 or emailing us at imba-info@globis.ac.jp.
