Online Webinar: “Harnessing Diversity for Innovation -From the Classroom to the Boardroom-“
Details:
Join this special seminar to hear about why harnessing diversity is crucial for innovation. The pandemic accelerated the future of work with global teams and the advancement of technology. The pandemic also accelerated the world’s focus on the merits of diversity. Companies around the world felt the dramatic shift as governments, stock exchanges, and investors challenged companies to examine and report the age, skills, ethnic and gender diversity in their boardrooms. The approach of each country varies, but the message is the same: Diversity is critical for sustainability, innovation, performance, and risk management. True leadership is finding ways to harness the power of diverse backgrounds, diverse talent, as well as the diversity of mind. Team members need to play a role as well. They need to know how the companies can best utilize their talents and they need to find their own unique voices.
