Tadahiro Wakasugi
GLOBIS University Faculty
Mr. Wakasugi has significant expertise in strategy, capability development, and organizational development.
Prior to joining GLOBIS, he worked for the management consulting firm Booz & Company for 10 years, helping leading companies develop their strategies and essential capabilities. He then became the director of a London-based educational start-up and after returning to Japan, was a faculty member at Business Breakthrough University.
At GLOBIS, he is engaged in curriculum and content development for strategy, organizational behavior, and marketing, as well as talent development for corporations and individuals. He also serves as an executive coach for a start-up.
Besides his work at GLOBIS, he disseminates a strengths-based approach for individuals to thrive at the Japan Positive Psychology Association (JPPA) and is a registered yoga teacher with RTY 200 Yoga Alliance.
Yasuyuki Kato
Mr. Yasuyuki Kato currently serves as Chief Strategy Officer and Chief Financial Officer of GLOBIS USA, Inc.
After graduating from university, Mr. Kato joined a prominent general trading company in Japan, where he was engaged in global business projects based in China. He then joined a strategy consulting firm where he served as consultant for client companies wishing to expand overseas and develop new businesses.
Prior to joining GLOBIS USA, he served as Vice President of GLOBIS China.
As a corporate training instructor, he provides a variety of lectures on many topics, including corporate strategy, corporate philosophy, and overseas expansion strategies.
