Eduardo Tsuyoshi Ito From Brazil (Speaker)
Senior Finance and Commercial Strategy Specialist
Physics Engineer Graduated with an MBA from GLOBIS University in Tokyo. Over 10 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis and 2 years in the commercial area. Worked at global companies including Avon, Unilever, Ingredion, and IFF. Passionate about strategy, business growth, and cross-functional leadership. Married with twin children.

Izumi Gutiérrez Kumazawa From Mexico (Speaker)
Senior Finance and Trading Technology Specialist
Izumi is a finance professional with international experience in credit risk, trading technology, and portfolio management. She began her career at a major pension fund, where she managed the corporate debt portfolio and led initiatives in quantitative modeling and risk analysis. Izumi later earned her MBA from GLOBIS University in Tokyo and joined Citibank, where she supported FX Sales & Trading Technology. Her contributions led to a promotion to manage the FX business for the Americas, providing her with broader exposure to front-office operations and strategic oversight. Her professional interests lie at the intersection of finance, quantitative analysis, and technology, with a long-term goal of advancing data-driven, efficient capital markets.

Chikahiro Honda From USA (Speaker)
Senior Global Operations & DX Specialist
Chikahiro has over 15 years of experience at Japan Airlines, having worked across field operations, IT, and overseas management. He began his career in passenger services at Haneda Airport, where he developed a strong foundation in the airline industry and hospitality. For 10 years, he served as an IT Project Manager, leading major initiatives including the company-wide rollout of Google Workspace for 40,000 employees. Since 2022, he has been stationed in San Francisco as General Affairs Manager, overseeing HR, accounting, digital transformation, and stakeholder relations in a multicultural environment. He brings expertise in cross-functional leadership, change management, and B2C marketing in the U.S. market. He is currently pursuing an MBA (English Program) at GLOBIS University, with expected graduation in September 2026.

Yasuyuki Kato (Dialogue Partner)
President/CEO, GLOBIS USA, Inc.
After graduating from university, Yasuyuki joined a prominent general trading company in Japan, where he was engaged in global business projects based in China. He then joined a strategy consulting firm where he served as consultant for client companies wishing to expand overseas and develop new businesses.
Prior to joining GLOBIS USA, he served as Vice President of GLOBIS China.
As a corporate training instructor, he provides a variety of lectures on many topics, including corporate strategy, corporate philosophy, and overseas expansion strategies.
