Video of Kokorozashi Seminar on Servant Leadership released
Video of GLOBIS USA’s How Servant Life Makes Life More Meaningful Kokorozashi Seminar was recently shared by our colleagues on GLOBIS Insights.
Mr. Chad Eudy, Senior Vice President of Leadership Development at FHI, a domestic logistics company, delivered a seminar on Servant Leadership. Servant Leadership, coined by Robert K. Greenleaf, is a type of leadership that aims to empower employees by prioritizing their needs and fostering a positive work environment.
During the seminar, Mr. Eudy taught attendees the principles of servant leadership, shared experiences from his life, and provided insights into how this leadership philosophy can promote long-term business success and a community where employees feel valued.
Mr. Eudy also had a dialogue with the GLOBIS USA President, Tomoya Nakamura, on how Servant Leadership can help people find and define their Kokorozashi, or personal mission. Kokorozashi is a concept taught in the GLOBIS MBA and in GLOBIS corporate training.
